Call to scrap not reform the luxury car tax

The Morrison government is facing renewed calls to abolish a tax hit on luxury cars as it works to expand refunds for tourism businesses and farmers.

Treasury is consulting on plans to extend a refund scheme for primary producers and tourism business operators, saving owners up to $10,000 on luxury car purchases.
