Scott Morrison said his 2018 budget is backing business to invest and create more jobs. He could just as well have said business is backing the Treasurer to keep his job.
His budget, which has landed in the middle of Australia's strongest business confidence on record, as measured by the NAB Business Conditions Index, is bulging with the largesse from a resurgent corporate sector.
