Non-profit superannuation funds are pushing the government’s financial dispute body to change its funding mechanism after complaints about super doubled in the wake of the Hayne royal commission.
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) was launched last year and combined several external dispute resolution schemes including the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal.
