Liquidator sees registration suspended after AAT review
A registered liquidator has succeeded in reducing his banning order following a review by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
The AAT has decided to set aside a 2019 liquidator disciplinary committee decision to cancel the liquidator registration of Trajan John Kukulovski.
