The South Australian Supreme Court has granted accounting firm Moore Stephens Adelaide an injunction restraining Geoffrey Richmond from soliciting or performing work for various clients or soliciting Moore Stephens' employees.
In a recent judgment the Supreme Court found the restraint of trade clauses were reasonable but Mr Richmond says he has been left "devastated" by the decision.
