A Sydney nurse is demanding answers from the Australian Taxation Office after his tax refund was stolen two years in a row and paid into fraudulent bank accounts at the same financial institution.
Paul Francisco said the ATO was not investigating his case, discouraged him from going to the police as a priority and did not appear to take the theft of tax refunds by identity fraudsters seriously.
