The cloud-based accounting software provider has partnered with scheduling and time tracking software TSheets, integrating tools for more than 300,000 Australian small businesses.

According to Xero, the partnership aims to improve the way small and medium-size businesses operate by saving time and money on payroll, invoicing and billing.

“TSheets and Xero are used widely by accountants, bookkeepers and small business owners around the world,” said Trent Innes, managing director at Xero Australia.

“Australian small businesses are particularly passionate about using smart technology solutions to make their work more efficient, so we’re thrilled to be extending our capacity to deliver value to customers in the region through this partnership.”

Xero US president Russ Fujioka echoed Mr Innes' sentiment: “Small businesses are the heart of the global economy. Partnering with TSheets means partnering with a like-minded innovative company determined to transform the business world and provide infinite value to business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers."

“Xero has been one of our most requested integrations by accountants and bookkeepers, and we listened,” said Matt Rissell, co-founder and CEO of TSheets.

"Xero is innovative, driven, and dedicated to the success of small businesses and their partners. These powerful ingredients align perfectly with TSheets and drove our willingness to dedicate significant engineering resources to build a world-class integration between our two products.”
