Accountants are overworked: IPA member survey

In a recent survey, IPA members provided insights into their organisations' approaches to flexibility, their own preferences and their working hours. 

Even amid talent shortages and conversations about a four-day working week, accountants' work/life balance is not supported. Not only is there a gulf between the proportion of workers with access to hybrid work and those who would like to work in a hybrid model, half of the respondents are also overworked.
