Ten startups have been selected by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to test the "consumer data right (CDR) eco-system" ahead of its launch in 2020, when the big banks are set to share data from consenting consumers on products like credit cards, debit cards and deposit accounts.
