The tax practitioner's board has struck off a Perth tax agent with debts of more than $30 million owed to the Australian Taxation Office, banning him for five years after what it says are "serious breaches" of his responsibility.
Peter Moltoni will be unable to practice as a tax agent during this time after a series of events including the ATO claiming he had tens of millions of dollars in tax debts.
